Meatfree Mondays Waiheke and Waiheke Resources Trust are pleased to announce the next destination on our world tour of the tastebuds – Japan!

Azusa, Aya, Hana and Megumi will teach us how to make gyoza – delicious steamed vegetable dumplings – traditional miso soup, and a sushi rice salad. Then we’ll share the food in a community meal before enjoying some Japanese style entertainment.

The cooking lesson will be at 4pm, the meal at 6/6.30pm and entertainment from 7 till 8. Last time this event was hugely popular, so do come on time to make sure you don’t miss out!

We suggest a $10 donation to cover our expenses so we can keep offering these awesome events.
