TASTE THE FLAVOURS OF THE MISSISSIPPI DELTA WITH MEATFREE MONDAYS WAIHEKE AT THE WAIHEKE RESOURCES TRUST THIS 4TH OF JULY!

U.S. born Waihetian Chef Helena Willes will impart her secrets for cooking up some plant based versions of classic dishes from America’s southern states, with a Cajun twist. Join us for an evening of food, culture and entertainment from the Missisippi Delta region.
Helena is a world traveller, sailor and trained chef. Vegetarian since childhood, she is passionate about sharing her experience and love of plant based food with others.

Baz Caitcheon will entertain us with some Delta Blues and DJ Rata will get us dancing with his Creole grooves.
